whole-hearted living, healthy-minded eating

Podcast

Call it Good is a podcast about what it looks like to let go of things— expectations, fear, and perfectionism, and make the choice to call things in our life good, even if they aren’t perfect. It’s about learning to be grateful for those things as we try to live more authentic, whole and healthy lives. On the show, I’ll introduce you to some of my favorite people—women who I admire for their authenticity, bravery, and grace. You’ll hear stories from women who have traversed the chasm from fear to bravery, from striving to contentment, and from anxiety to freedom. They have risen to be people of influence in the area of arts, cooking and health, social media, blogging, and style. This podcast is for anyone who feels like they have room in their lives to grow into more authentic, whole-hearted, healthy people.

Call it Good can be heard on the podcast page, wherever podcasts are found, and also on this blog.
