Summer Spritzer

With a combination of fresh strawberries, kiwi, lime, and mint, this refreshing drink is a summer weeknight go-to at the Wren home. (Good for the nights you don’t want to drink your calories, too!) Super simple and super tasty! This recipe makes two 16-oz. drinks.


  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 2 sliced kiwis
  • 3 lime slices
  • a few organic mint leaves
  • 1 liter bottle of club soda
  • ice
  • straws

Directions: Add strawberries, kiwis, 1 lime slice, and mint leaves to a food processor. Pulse until blended. Add ice in glasses. Then add fruit puree equally among two glasses. Pour Club Soda. Stir. Add lime slice for garnish (or to squeeze more lime flavor into the beverage, if you’d like). You can add more club soda to the glass as you drink it up. Just stir the fruit and enjoy!
